We are experienced investors and developers bringing decades of hands-on experience to a broad range of real estate opportunities.
Our work spans the full range of property sectors — residential, commercial, social and care, co-living, portfolios and land — and the full property journey: planning, development and sales.
We can also invest capital with developers in two ways: as an equity investor, investing alongside a scheme we believe in, and as a debt lender, providing the funding that gets a project moving.
We understand what it means to put capital at risk, bring a scheme to life and take it through to exit.

Some projects call for more than one approach. We can consider equity and debt together, looking at the capital requirements as a whole rather than treating each piece in isolation.
Our experience gives us the flexibility to contribute in different ways. You may need equity, a co-investor, debt funding or a considered view on whether a development stacks up. We're open-minded about the opportunity, the people behind it and how we could work together.
